Metalico Rochester is made up from the combination of Lyell Metal, Samuel Frank Metal, and Krieger Recycling. Our strength is our diversity – we are a true full-service recycler that purchases all types of scrap concentrating not only in industrial scrap but in demolition and retail scrap as well. We maintain customer service and fair prices as our highest priority.

Industrial scrap consists of every conceivable type of metal that can be cut, drilled, machined, or cast. We pick up segregated alloys as well as mixed loads in quantities from one 55 gallon drum to multiple 60 cubic yard containers.

Retail scrap consists of everything from household scrap to auto scrap. This material is generally delivered by pick-up truck in mixed loads.

Incoming material is handled with sensitivity to the Environment. Every pound passes through our Radiation Detection System. We carefully handle oil and coolant more strictly than current government regulations.
