NEWS - Metalico has acquired Skyway Auto Parts, Inc. a Buffalo, New York based automobile salvage yard. The facility is located only a few miles away from Metalico's new shredder in Lackawanna, New York. Metalico will continue to operate Skyway as a salvage yard, purchasing and dismantling vehicles, and supplying its fabricating divisions with raw material, such as aluminum, batteries and catalytic converters.
